Program module
Sport & Recreation
Come move, play, and be part of a team — your way. A partner runs the sport. New Steps brings the food, the ride, and the room. You just show up. Showing up and playing is the win.

How it runs
New Steps attaches nothing to winning. No rankings, no MVPs. Every body is welcome exactly as it is, and a resident who watches, keeps score or helps set up is taking part.
How it connects
Modules are built to stack. Where one has already taught a skill, the next one recalls it rather than teaching it again.
Is this a fit for someone you work with?
A caseworker reaches out, we book a tour, and we work out together whether New Steps is the right place. When a room is open, a referral can come together in about a week. When we are full, we will say so. New Steps is not an emergency placement service — we do not take same-day or overnight placements.
