These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the New Steps ILP website (the “Site”). New Steps ILPis a Winnipeg-based nonprofit organization supporting Indigenous youth ages 16–21 who are transitioning out of Child and Family Services (CFS) care.

This Site provides information about New Steps ILP's housing and independent living programs, including:

• Program descriptions and eligibility information
• An intake/application form for housing
• A professional referral form for social workers and support professionals
• A contact form for general inquiries
• Links to book facility tours via Calendly (a third-party scheduling service)

2. Eligibility

Anyone may browse this Site. However, certain features — such as the intake/application form — are intended for youth ages 16–21, or for professionals submitting referrals on their behalf.

If you are under 16 years of age, please do not submit personal information through this Site without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized support worker.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this Site current and accurate. However, program details, eligibility criteria, availability, and contact information may change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of housing placement or program admission.
