In Action

Our 3-Tier Model
Every young person's journey is different, but the destination is the same — a stable, independent life they've built themselves.
Ages 16+
Assessment homes with support staff and life coaches. Structured daily routines, life skills training, and intensive wraparound support. Residents build a foundation of stability and trust.
Ages 18+
Independent suites with on-site staff support. Residents practice independent living skills — budgeting, cooking, employment — while maintaining a safety net.
Graduation ~Age 21
Young adults move to fully independent housing with the potential of the lease being transferred upon graduation. Ongoing alumni support ensures the transition to full independence is permanent.
