Youth transitional housing in Winnipeg

Our three-phase housing model starts with staffed homes and progresses to your own apartment. Every step builds confidence, skills, and stability.

Where We Are Now

20 suites today. 31 more on the way.

We operate 20 fully-furnished, modern suites across two buildings — home to up to 30 young people — alongside a network of staffed program homes across Winnipeg. Every suite is designed with dignity in mind: a real home, not a placement. And we are still growing.

The Journey

Three phases to independence

Every young person starts where they need to — and moves forward at their own pace.

Phase 1

Foundations

Support staff and life coaches provide 24/7 on-site support. Structured daily routines, communal meals, and a stable environment to begin the healing journey.

  • Support staff and life coaches on-site around the clock
  • Structured daily schedule
  • Groceries covered — communal meals and grocery support
  • Cultural programming and Elder guidance
  • Trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach
  • Support and resources for meeting program goals
Phase 2

Transitional Living

Private suites with increasing autonomy. Residents manage their own cooking, cleaning, and budget while staff remain on-site for support.

  • Private suite with kitchen access
  • Self-managed daily routine
  • On-site staff during business hours, plus on-call
  • Weekly grocery and food support
  • Employment and education support
  • A weekly living allowance when they meet program expectations
Phase 3

Independent Living

A fully independent apartment in the community. Young adults live on their own with check-ins and alumni support.

  • Independent apartment in the community
  • Help finding affordable housing and a real plan after 21
  • Weekly check-ins with program staff
  • Support and resources in every phase, at every age
  • Alumni mentorship network
  • Emergency support always available
